SEATTLE -- Gulf Air of Bahrain has exercised options to add eight Boeing 787s to its earlier order for 16 of the new planes.
The order posted on Boeing's Web site is the first of the year for the 787 and gives Boeing a net of four new jetliner orders for the year, after 32 cancellations because of the recession.
